Soil and Groundwater Remediation
When soil or groundwater cleanup is required, ESA will assess site conditions and client objectives to determine the most suitable remedial alternatives. We will work as a liaison between the client and the regulatory agency to insure compliance with agency-specific policies and regulations. ESA can design and install soil and groundwater remediation systems for in-situ treatment of volatile organic compounds and petroleum hydrocarbons, or direct removal and disposal of contaminated soil. |

Railroad Commission Reporting and Permitting
The Railroad Commission of Texas requires operators to submit permit applications, completion, inclination, casing, production, and plugging reports, along with documentation of spills, cleanups, blow outs and other accidents. ESA can prepare and file any or all of the required permits, reports and notifications on behalf of our clients.

Spill Response
Spills and releases of hydrocarbons, saltwater and mud don't happen on a schedule. Our 24-hour Spill Response Hotline 888-837-0404 allows us to respond to releases when they occur. Our spill responders have extensive experience, allowing us to help you limit the cost of a response.

Wetland and Ecological Assessment
Section 404 of the Clean Water Act prohibits un-permitted filling of “jurisdictional waters of the United States,” but a permit can take more than a year to process. ESA helps clients avoid the need for wetland permits by pre-inspection proposed drill pad locations or pipeline corridors to identify areas that will are not jurisdictional. |

Wetland Permitting
If a permit is required, ESA will prepare and submit the delineation report and mitigation plan, along with a permit application, to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. ESA can act as a liaison between the client and regulatory officials to obtain permits in an expeditious manner.
