
Kurt D. Ritch, PG, is the owner and manager of ESA Consulting, L.L.C. Kurt is a registered professional geoscientist and a graduate of Baylor University with a B.S. and M.S. in Geology. Kurt has twenty-two years of experience in oil and gas industry, and specializes in regulatory compliance, environmental due diligence, subsurface investigation, and remediation.
Randall K. Earley, PE, is Senior Engineer for ESA. Randy is a registered professional engineer and has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A & M. Randy has over thirty years of experience in the oil and gas industry with an emphasis on regulatory compliance, twenty-two of those years as District Director Kilgore District of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
Gail Lewis, EIT, is an Engineering Specialist for ESA. Gail has her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A & M. She has more than eighteen years of experience in the civil engineering and environmental engineering fields. Gail is experienced in the areas of civil engineering, environmental consulting, project management, environmental and geotechnical drilling, construction materials testing, and inspection services.
Teresa Dunin is a Regulatory Compliance Analyst I. Teresa received her B.A.A.S. in Emergency Management from the University of North Texas. Teresa has five years of experience in the areas of risk management, storm water and wastewater management, air and storm water permitting, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management and disposal and general industry safety and regulatory compliance.
Weston Threeton, EIT, PMP is a specialist in air permits. Weston also handles saltwater and commercial disposal permits. Weston. He is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Masters of Civil Engineering. He has experience managing feedwater heater and fired heater projects, performing engineering projects, and overseeing pipeline operation reviews. He also worked as a Corporate Development Analyst.
Carson Grimes joined ESA in December of 2008. He earned a B.A. from Louisiana State University in May of 2008 and serves as a regulatory specialist in our Houston office. He helps oil field operators file reports, prepares and submits permit applications and performs research at the Railroad Commission. He also assists in the marketing function.
Caleb Cooley joins ESA as an Environmental Specialist, and will assist clients in the completion of wetland evaluations and pipeline surveys. He has experience in oilfield operations including welding and equipment operation. He is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University and is a native of Mount Enterprise.
Guy Grossman, PG is a Senior Geologist and the Houston office manager for ESA. He holds a B.S. in Geology from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of St. Thomas in Houston. He has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and environmental issues. His twenty-two years as the District Director of the Railroad Commission of Texas's Houston District 3 office, allow him to understand and anticipate compliance surrounding regulatory, safety, and environmental issues.
Karen Ritch, CPA is an owner, office manager and information technology specialist for ESA. Karen holds a B.A. degree and an M.B.A. in business from Baylor University. She is a CPA. She oversees accounting, personnel, insurance and computer networking functions.
Seleta M. Davis is a Senior Geologist and Senior Project Manager in ESA’s oil and gas and pipeline safety divisions. Seleta has a B.S. in Geology from Stephen F. Austin State University. Seleta has twenty-one years experience the oil and gas industry, thirteen of those years experience in environmental consulting. Seleta specializes in Railroad Commission and United States Army Corps of Engineers regulatory compliance.
Dustin L. Henderson, PG is a Geologist and an LPST Project Manager. Dusty is a registered professional geoscientist and received his B.S. in Geology from Baylor University. Dusty has more than five years of experience in consulting and has a solid track record in moving VCP sites rapidly to closure.
Bob Oldham worked in the Pipeline Safety Division of the Texas Railroad Commission for over 22 years, including service as Regional Supervisor in the Abilene and Kilgore Regions. For the past six years, he has worked in the private sector providing Pipeline Safety Management and consulting services to pipeline operators throughout northeast Texas. Bob is a wealth of information and has a knack for conveying his knowledge to his employees, as well as to clients and subcontractors.
Joe Hull is an Oil and Gas Regulatory Compliance Analyst II and Spill Response Oversight. Joe has over twenty-six years experience in the oil and gas industry with the Railroad Commission of Texas with special emphasis on the abandoned well program, legal enforcement issues, and field compliance.
Phillip White is an Industrial Safety Specialist. Phillip has a B.S. in Technology from the University of Texas at Tyler and an M.B.A. from Kaplan University. Phillip has experience in creating and teaching training programs for safety. Phillip is also well versed in using the Railroad Commission on-line web service to conduct research and to obtain information required for production reporting and permit applications. He prepares and files Tier 2 reports required by the TCEQ and coordinates One-call reports for clients with gas gathering systems.
Natalie Dixon has worked as a Financial Specialist and Accounts Receivable coordinator since 2006. Natalie earned a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Tyler, and has eight years of financial and banking experience.
